The RAIC is seeking one volunteer for the Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee. The purpose of the committee is to provide leadership and regular information to the RAIC Board of Directors in all activities of finance, audit, risk management, and real estate property/investments.

The committee is seeking an individual who is not a member of the RAIC, who has experience in finance, and within the not-for-profit sector.

This committee will meet once every quarter, and the position will require you to be available for digital correspondence and meetings. The volunteer can be located anywhere across Canada.

The Board of Directors is seeking participation from two Indigenous architects to lead a task force. Architects interested in participating do not need to be members of the RAIC. The primary focus of the task force is to review and identify which of the relate to the RAIC鈥檚 vision and mission.

The Design Challenge is a joint effort by the Canadian Urban Institute (CUI) and the RAIC and invites participants to develop innovative, responsible, sustainable, and resilient design solutions that can be implemented during COVID-19 recovery and post-pandemic.

Cycle 2 is now open and accepting submissions until August 14th.

Fellowship is bestowed in recognition of achievements in architecture based on design excellence鈥攔epresented by past awards, outstanding scholarly contributions, research, publications, and education, or distinguished service to the profession or the community.
