ou will learn practical skills needed to measure t
he accessibility of existing sites and incorporate
a Universal Design lens to your new construction
or renovation projects. Enhance your skills and de
monstrate your commitment to access and inclusion
by taking this 8-week course.

pass this course as one of the requirements to qu
alify for your RHFAC Professional designation. Pre

n \n \n - This is a fully online\,Ìýpaced co
urse.
\n - This course is 8 weeks in length
\, requiring a commitment of approximately 60 hour
s orÌý 7 to 8 hours per week. Time varies depending
on learners.Ìý
\n - The RHFAC Professional
Training consists of 6 modules on core competencie
s and 12 mini-modules focused on applying the RHFA
C rating system.
\n - This course includes
weekly two-hour live virtual sessions and online d
iscussions facilitated by an RHFAC instructor.Ìý Le
arners are required to attend the live sessions an
d must inform their instructor if they cannot atte
nd. Sessions will be recorded but attendance of li
ve sessions is required.
\n - The course wi
ll be graded based on quizzes\, required course le
arning activities\, and final course assignment su
bmission.
\n - Learners will be issued a ce
rtificate and a badge upon successful completion o
f the course\, which qualifies them to write the R
HFAC Professional exam. Learners have 6 months fro
m receiving their certificate to complete the RHFA
C Professional exam.
