What We’re Looking For: We are seeking an architect registered in Manitoba with at least five years experience, who is well-skilled in the technical aspects of the profession and who takes pride in doing a good job. Our team provides a strong foundation while also giving individuals the freedom to take ownership of their role and work independently. We’re looking for an architect who shares our commitment to building spaces that nurture, heal, and inspire. LEED AP is an asset. What You’ll Do: - Design for long-term environmental and social impact. - Consult directly with clients and invested groups to ensure their vision is heard, refined, and realized. - Collaborate with team members to draw on each other’s strengths. - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Manage a team of consultants to ensure project timelines are met. - Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration. What We Value: - Strong sustainability expertise. - Excellent communication skills—you know how to translate complex design concepts into clear, compelling ideas. - Deep knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly in Manitoba. - Proficiency in design software (Vectorworks, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office). - A client-first mindset, ensuring that projects are both visionary and practical. - Exceptional design planning. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract documents, schematics, and other construction documentation.
