Reporting to the Vice President, Member Engagement, the Program Coordinator plays a key role in administering and coordinating activities across the RAIC’s Honours and Awards portfolio, including:<br /> <ul><li>National awards programs</li> <li>The College of Fellows</li> <li>RAIC Foundation activities</li> <li>Major recognition events such as the President’s Dinner and Awards Gala</li> </ul> This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about celebrating excellence in Canadian architecture.<br /> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%" /></div> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br /> <ul><li>Coordinate national awards programs, including calls for submissions, jury processes, and platform management (Award Force).</li> <li>Support event planning and logistics for major RAIC events such as the President’s Dinner, Awards Gala, and College of Fellows Convocation.</li> <li>Administer College of Fellows activities, student awards, and RAIC Foundation scholarships.</li> <li>Collaborate with Communications to promote award recipients and program highlights.</li> <li>Provide administrative support, including meeting scheduling, correspondence, and invoice processing.</li> <li>Assist with cross-departmental initiatives and occasional events outside regular hours.</li> </ul> <strong>Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies</strong><br /> <ul><li>Diploma or degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>3–5 years of program coordination or administrative experience, preferably in nonprofit or membership-based organizations.</li> <li>Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.</li> <li>Experience with awards management platforms such as Award Force is an asset.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li> <li>Knowledge of budgeting and program reporting is a plus.</li> </ul>  <br /> <strong>Why Join the RAIC?</strong><br /> At the RAIC, you’ll be part of a passionate team committed to advancing architecture in Canada.
