Job Description: 
The ²©²Ê (RAIC) is seeking a bilingual (French & English) highly organized Program Coordinator, inÌýHonours and Awards to support the delivery of its national awards programs and related initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President, Member Engagement, the Program Coordinator plays a key role in administering and coordinating activities across the RAIC’s Honours and Awards portfolio, including:
  • National awards programs
  • The College of Fellows
  • RAIC Foundation activities
  • Major recognition events such as the President’s Dinner and Awards Gala

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate national awards programs, including calls for submissions, jury processes, and platform management (Award Force).
  • Support event planning and logistics for major RAIC events such as the President’s Dinner, Awards Gala, and College of Fellows Convocation.
  • Administer College of Fellows activities, student awards, and RAIC Foundation scholarships.
  • Collaborate with Communications to promote award recipients and program highlights.
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting scheduling, correspondence, and invoice processing.
  • Assist with cross-departmental initiatives and occasional events outside regular hours.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
  • Diploma or degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of program coordination or administrative experience, preferably in nonprofit or membership-based organizations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience with awards management platforms such as Award Force is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and program reporting is a plus.
