The first webinar of the 2025 series will focus on 鈥渉ot topic鈥� contract terms such as indemnity, limitation of liability, standard of care, reliance on information. Presented by a lawyer with strong experience and expertise with preparing contracts on the owner鈥檚 side and a lawyer with litigating contracts/defending claims on the architect鈥檚 side, the session will make for an engaging and effective learning experience.
