Public-Private-Partnership (P3) projects are increasingly becoming the governments鈥� preferred鈥痬ethod of contracting for infrastructure projects. Architects working in鈥痗orporate environments鈥痑re often called by contractors to join a multidisciplinary team based on their specialty and knowledge of the P3 concept. But why can鈥檛 every architect be鈥痑sked鈥痶o join if they have the architectural knowledge?
In this session we will go through an overview of the P3 contracting methodology. We will then focus on the architect鈥檚 role in the Project Company (PCo) and reinforce the notion that P3 projects are not exclusive to large architectural offices.听
